Azubi Days in Leipzig – The Event for Our Young Talents
That was our Azubi Days 2024 in Leipzig: 70 apprentices, one city, pure adrenaline with white-water rafting and a city rally, as well as exclusive insights into the Gewandhaus, where exciting projects in building automation are on the horizon. One might wish to be an apprentice again!
Participation Record
Our Azubi Days 2024 have exceeded all expectations this year. From August 12 to 14, 2024, 70 apprentices from all years and locations across Germany gathered in historic Leipzig – a new participation record and a testament to the strong cohesion within our Kieback&Peter family. Amidst culture, history, and modern technology, the Gewandhaus in Leipzig was a special highlight of this year's event.
Learning together at the Gewandhaus
This year's Azubi Days were once again centered around the theme "Growing Together and Learning Together." The setting of the Gewandhaus, which will soon be equipped with our innovative building automation technology, provided the perfect backdrop for this. Despite the summer break, the Gewandhaus opened its doors exclusively for our apprentices, offering a behind-the-scenes look at this world-renowned concert hall. Additionally, our future joint projects in building automation were introduced.
Technical Insights and Visions
Our apprentices not only enjoyed an exciting tour of the Gewandhaus but also gained exclusive insights into the existing technology. In a presentation, Niels Bohndorf, Branch Manager Leipzig, shared information with the apprentices about Kieback&Peter's cultural sponsorship and upcoming joint projects in the field of building automation.
Team Building und pure adrenaline
In addition to the insights into the building technology of the Gewandhaus, the Azubi Days 2024 offered a variety of team-building activities that further strengthened the bond among our apprentices. Whether it was bowling, white-water rafting, or beach volleyball, the atmosphere was lively, characterized by team spirit and joy in coming together.
The day concluded with a relaxing barbecue and a wind-down at the beach, before starting the next morning with an exciting city rally through Leipzig.

The Azubi Days 2024 were a great success and another chapter in the strong training efforts of Kieback&Peter.
