In 2027, we will move into a new company headquarters at Innsbrucker Platz, which will be operated carbon-neutrally. The modern office complex, developed by OFB Projektentwicklung, integrates our innovative building automation and technology and marks another milestone on our path to carbon neutrality. This new company headquarters unites the previous locations in Berlin and complements our 30 branches in Germany as well as our international subsidiaries.

A modern, representative location

Our new headquarters at Innsbrucker Platz is an impressive example of modern architecture and advanced building automation and technology.

With the move into 'The FRIEDENAUER', which was developed by OFB Projektentwicklung, we are occupying around one-third of the total rental space, consolidating our new company headquarters at this location.

The total area of approximately 7,000 m² provides ample space for all departments, which were previously spread across Jahnstraße and Tempelhofer Weg.

Sustainability and modern work environments

The new location stands out due to its central position and excellent transport connections. Public transportation, the Südkreuz ICE station, and the A100 highway ensure optimal accessibility. Various mobility options such as Flinkster, Stadtmobil, Share Now, and Miles are also available.

Versatile with a feel-good atmosphere

In addition to innovative technology, the new building offers a staff restaurant, parking spaces, and outdoor fitness areas. Spacious green spaces and modern lounge areas inside further promote a pleasant working atmosphere.

The nearby parks contribute to relaxation and recreation, offering the opportunity to unwind in nature and recharge.

The new location is not only representative and attractive but also a showcase for our sustainable building automation and technology, which will be fully integrated into this office building. By operating the building carbon-neutrally, we actively contribute to climate protection and our goal of becoming a carbon-neutral company.
