Kieback&Peter honoured for outstanding promotion of young talent

The Federal Employment Agency for Berlin-South has honoured Kieback&Peter for its successful training work with the certificate for ‘excellent promotion of young talent’. The award honours companies that are particularly committed to training young skilled workers and implement innovative and sustainable concepts for recruiting young talent.

The award confirms Kieback&Peter's commitment to promoting young talent in a targeted manner and giving them long-term career prospects through sound training. In this way, the skilled workers of tomorrow are being trained today.
With a strong training record, Kieback&Peter emphasises its role as a reliable training company. Currently, 76 trainees are completing their apprenticeship, while 248 former trainees have already successfully completed their training. In summer 2025, a further 35 junior employees will start their careers at the company. At 30 locations, 90 dedicated trainers accompany the skilled workers of tomorrow on their way.
The certificate was ceremoniously presented by the Federal Employment Agency Berlin-Süd. Saskia Krüger and Isabell Junger from the K&P training team accepted the award on behalf of the company.

Kieback&Peter recruits young talent through a variety of channels, including online platforms, social media, careers fairs and school events. The company is also involved in school internships, internship week and Girls' Day.
In addition to recruitment, Kieback&Peter focuses on high-quality training. Apprentices benefit from above-average training pay in line with the collective labour agreement, targeted training and a guarantee of permanent employment. Events such as the annual Trainee Days complement the training programme.
